Alright, after putting some thought into this I came up with a method for lycan progression, (Vampires take years to become masters even in the books, but lycans can progress rather quickly if they have the drive) Gifted humans can follow this method as well.
Now we all know that Lycans gain in level by dominating another member of their group, this could be in a fight or by forcing the other to back down. They also have to help/protect another of their kind though not always, but this all requires other people to be around. Sometimes this isn't the case and you just can't get your character leveled up the way you would like to so here is how you can do it, and all by yourself.
Create an NPC character sheet that your character will fight/learn under, story tell the victory or defeat/training (you MUST use the dice roller while you do this to make it more legitimate) and submit the scrips and request an upgrade. Admins will look it all over and decide if you get your level up or not.
Note: this can only be done ONCE a MONTH for lycans/gifted humans. ONCE every FIVE months for vampire characters.
